Obviously the problem is that CRTC has SO MANY clothing orders from Walmart/Target/Macy's/etc. that they cannot fulfill them all so they are secretly building up inventory to do them all at once.

That is the only possible explanation for them to have switched manufacturer's so recently.

Once all these shirts are released from the underground bunkers this stock will take off!!
