Truthfully and maybe speculating, Poiss knew the company was going under without some cash help. KK may have been courting this guy for a while before anyone got wind of it. Paul had nothing left, he had to give the empty shell to KK to give him a way to procure shareholders. So, the shareholders got sucked in. Rumors of Paul getting into the MJ business, was a great way to procure shareholders to an empty shell and they did come.
