I appreciate everyone's feedback. I've been purchasing this stock since 2012, via Fidelity....Got a little concerned when I was unable to today. Must be a new policy of theirs. Just wanted to make sure there was no specific reason for it. I'll make future purchases through another venue.

I'm looking forward to QUTR's future possibilities! Good luck to us all.
