To me it looks like much to do about nothing either way.

Could be pumper group took a simple magazine article and made a mountain of it. little tiny mountain.

If, or when it is established that the company is going to try to run it, will be a bigger mountain, but then insiders hold lots of shares for basically free. The trading will tell you.

It is not a buy yet.
