Incorrect... Doug Frietag stated in the 14 - 15 minute mark that they were in negotiations with NDSU to license the patents and they were to be concluded by 6/15.

He then mentioned it again after the 37 minute mark and on slide 10 that "the execution of a definitive license agreement scheduled for June 15th".

No announcement = no agreement! Why the delay Doug? What about the toll manufacturer that was to be finalized in June? (stated around the 45 minute mark that the toll manufacturer agreement would be done in the next 30 days)
