RCHA - THe real incentive here is to infuse foreign Capital. With Ben's ability and ties to Mainland China, I feel he can create a distinct opportunity for a foreign Capital group to invest into Rich Pharma. The exodus of capital from China keeps increasing and the chance to secure into a fully reporting company at these PPS is very enticing. We do not know what is being worked on behind the scenes.
