Shortly, here in California, it will be a new year. Another passing that we - meaning the global community - greet in different ways. Personally, in my opinion, the Chinese have the best perspective - at least in terms of the supernatural that guides us, i.e., the lunar new year - it just makes more sense. Nonetheless, another old year passes as the new year begins; as usual, with great expectations, hopes, resolutions, commitments, promises, and the like. I can't speak for all of my friends, but, for myself, maybe, this year, I'll keep a few promises to myself. Only to make myself a better person and a better friend to those of you who REALLY know me (although I know almost everyone that is one of my FB friends). By the way: Happy New Year f*****s! Make it good and make it last!
