Directors exercise options and hold them. The CEO exercises his options and sells them, however, he does own 1% of the O/S. Maybe he's just not allowing all of he eggs to be in one basket.

Interesting point when you notice his child's holdings below. The kid owns more than a quarter million dollars worth of USAT.

Stephen Herbert, Director CEO keeps selling his options as they vest. He obviously takes this money as compensation. Meanwhile he still owns 305,798 shares, plus 62,010 by a child, and 27,440 by his wife. That equals a little more than 1% of the O/S.
