All fuel cell vehicles are EVs.

And almost fuel cell vehicles include a LiIon or other battery.

Unless they go the capacitor route I expect all EVs will be a hybrid battery with fuel cell in different combinations for different needs. Until real EV designs are introduced to remove the drive train and associated costs and maintenance, all EVs are just cloning the problems of the ICE powered vehicles.
