I called TCA yesterday as I posted and still haven't heard back from him, he promised he would call me as soon as he knows what they can do and talk about.

I also expressed my disappointment as a large holder of this stock that they have been dragging this on for a long time now and why can't they get things worked out within and why would they post a PR back in Sept about restructuring and then go silent on the matter as to what is being done. I also asked about the upcoming court date this week but he said he confirmed there was one scheduled but wouldn't talk further on it.

He agreed at the long time frame and said it wasn't a lost issue but his boss, a Silverman or something like that was her name I believe was heading it up overall. Hopefully, he poked and prodded and told her our disappointment as shareholders and she made some calls to PTA?

Hopefully we can move forward..
