I'm not an expert on the legalities, but they have filed some official documents:

- The 8-K with the SEC
- The amendment to the articles of incorporation with the secretary of state (Fla)
- The FINRA application for approval

After all of that, I wonder if the company still has much control over the timing of the split. The 8-K says "on or about July 22, 2016, or such other date allowed by FINRA".

I hope they didn't jump the gun on these filings and give away their control over the timing of the action.
