One thing for sure is we don't need to worry about a take over.

Just a mild correction: You never have to worry about Slilaty ever needing a SH proxy vote for any business decision normally requiring SH approval. The Preferred B super voting shares guarantees his absolute control. Typical for a scam stock.

So now they have increased the A/S from 500M to 3B. Triggered by the immediate rise of the O/S from 274M to 590M. Gee, instead of just raising the A/S to 1B with still room to grow, they went to 3B instead. Seems the future debt notes will be a little more toxic, and require yet higher dilution. Or did they raise it to 3B just for giggles? Also typical for a scam.
