If someone puts in PR after PR extraordinary promises and statements , which we now know had zero chance of being true at the time they were PRd, and uses said to entice the buying of the symbol, in fact he even gave direct pleas for such, and then NOTHING that was said ever come to fruition, and now the symbol is dark , that person would NOT BE A POS liar?
