bayliner I would think Shayne and/or his attorney has been in contact with FINRA. They probably aren't able to discuss publicly the exact status of this process with shareholders.

I will say this change process usually happens without much delay and in short order. Whatever is holding up this HEFFX merger must be legally complex.
