Huh? I haven't supporting anything other than what the filings show regarding NMGL/NMNX. In others words, the facts.

Now if someone wants to believe that a COURT ordered custodianship was illegal...then have at it. It's a pretty ridiculous notion not supported by any facts...but such an opinion is just that...opinion. And as Pat Moynihan said, everyone is entitled to his own opinion, but not his own facts.

As for who did what, the record is also pretty clear. Hand was in the business of, amongst other things, gaining custodianship of dormant shells, cleaning them up in some way and then selling them. Either on spec or by retainer to do so. In this case, he sold the new NMNX shell to a small group that included two brothers named Gonzalez. Whether he did it on spec or they came along to buy it after the fact, who knows.

This nonsense about "shorty" is ridiculous. It appears the Gonzalez's were looking for a shell to merge into with their Nationsmark Nexgen "business"...and went to Hand to get it. This approach plays out over and over in pinkie land...and there is nothing remarkable or unusual about it in this case.

But one thing is certain...in the dissolution of the NMGL business the preferred shares dissolved with it. One can have an opinion otherwise...but the facts do not support any other conclusion.
