Exactly. One just doesn't spin off business units willy-nilly. The CEN spin off made sense in that MMJ was not in the FITX wheelhouse. FITX is a supplement company. Of course, they put the supplement hack in charge of the MMJ effort. The execution was just stupid, and told you all you needed to know about this crap scam.

A real company would have searched for an experienced MJ/MMJ CEO to lead the effort. Not FITX. No. FITX took the CEO from the failed mothership supplement company and put his dumb a$$ in charge of the spin off. Really stupid move, . . . if any of this crap was ever legit.

However, Billy-Bob, has a cult following so it made sense from an insider's point of view. They needed to keep the charade going a little longer to allow more selling.
