No problem-We heard quite a bit last year...stuff about licensing, acquisitions, eliminating debt, outreach plans, a lab etc. etc. most of which didn't pan out.

I think they will need to rely more on actions this go around since forward looking plans may not be as well received or believed.

The other possibility is they just walk away from this deal entirely- lets hope not. I believe this deal is very much salvageable- but I think it may have a lot more skepticism that they need to work to dig out of and overcome.
