"You are completely WRONG, A and B can not
be legally separated from NMGL, it's an integral
part of the package!!!!!!! Package stays as it is!!!"

I am afraid that is wishful thinking.

First NMGL is gone. The ticker itself is gone (now NMNX) and the company was dissolved by state filing...which I have posted ample evidence of directly from the state filings. "NMNX" now represents a NEW company that only has one class of stock. Common shares.

There is no publicly traded entity with the A and B
...and there is no private entity with the A and B.

They now exist only in the imagination.

Had Lumb/Ron made any attempt to challenge the custodianship then perhaps they might still exist..on paper at least...but they didn't and they no longer do.

And when Lumb/Ron rescinded the RENS shares (retroactively I might add) from NMGL, when Hand filed for the custodianship, they all but said he could have the shell.
