Never really understood why people talk about pre market quotes on pink sheet stocks.

Market makers arent even awake yet and pre market bids/offers are meaningless, as the stock is not permitted to trade.

At the open, ( due to all the toxic debt conversions) , the ask will be .0001 again.

So much for Brett's plan for a 12 month negotiated stand still period.

This CEO is nothing more than a lying horse shit salesman.
