I totally agree. It has to happen. But personally I'd prefer some revenue stream to none, regardless of status. This is a crucial time, and Pedro knows he has to kick it in gear with some deals or there can be no hope of catching the gold train. Prices are great now and likely getting better ... You need some chips at the table to make these kinds of wagers. Having land or access or whatever isn't enough to secure substantial, sustainable funding to really thrive.
