Received another email from Gimbut this afternoon regarding the FAA. Being that they're so close to the border they're not in any flight patterns, so the FAA has no concerns and there's no approval necessary from them.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
