Its been suggested to me, as a reason, why the current financials are very late.

My prior post on 05/24/16 #msg-122879585 made the observation that Charmaine S. Berry - Secretary, Treasurer, and Director at Bourque Industries was removed from Bourque Industries official web site on the Corporate Governance page.

Two days later, whereupon most likely as the result that the puppets at Bourque Industries realized this status was made public here, that I posted on 05/26/16 #msg-122933444 that Bourque Industries official web site on the Corporate Governance page had Charmaine S. Berry reappear as a Director and a new position at Bourque Industries as Tresurer.

It appears that Bourque Industries continues without a Treasurer, but has a new position called Tresurer.

Also,
Note that Charmaine S. Berry's position as Secretary of Bourque Industries has also been terminated, with that position remaining vacant.

Now here is what may have happened, to explain why the current financials have not been published that caused the OTC Markets Group to designate Bourque Industries as Common Stock Dark or Defunct, which to most of us Hurting in the Dark Shareholders from 2011 regard Bourque Industries having placed into that lowest of the low tier to represent Bourque Industries being classified as most likely just another penny scam company.

Since Bourque Industries has chosen not to communicate with shareholders, the actual events attached to these events are unknown except perhaps to visitors to Bourque Industries Headquarters and Lab that spoke to John Bourque or Chief Security Officer Juan Mendoza and became in possession of nonpublic material information. Thus for me I can only put forth one possible explaination based on only having the material so presented in this post, that being it may be that Charmaine S. Berry vacated Bourque Industries as Secretary and Treasurer because she was asked by John Bourque's puppets to sign off on the latest financials.
