JUST IN: Bundy Supporting Obama Hater Gets CRUSHED In Her Bid For Congress (STATS)
By Gloria Christie -
June 17, 2016

Gun-toting, government-hating Nevada assemblywoman Michele Fiore lost in her bid for U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday. The Republican grandmother is infamous for brokering the standoff between federal agents and the Bundy-led militia that occupied a wildlife refuge in northeastern Oregon.

The one-woman dynamo is also an outspoken gun rights advocate. Last Christmas, she sent out a card showing everyone in her family holding a gun, including her 5-year-old grandson. She also offered to fly to Europe in December to shoot Syrian refugees in the head as they escaped the ISIS invasion, according to Talking Points Memo.

Not content just to take her gun rights activism to war zones, Fiore also suggested that it is legal for citizens to take aim at police if law enforcement draws first. Not surprisingly, this suggestion brought her criticism from Nevada’s largest police union.

Nevada Association of Public Safety Officers Executive Director Rick McCann wrote in a letter to the armed grandmother that her remarks about citizens shooting at police are:

‘…UTTERLY IRRESPONSIBLE, AN EMBARRASSMENT TO YOUR DISTRICT AND OUR STATE, AND THEY CONTINUE TO DEMONSTRATE WHY YOU ARE UNQUALIFIED TO HOLD THE POSITION OF UNITED STATES CONGRESSWOMAN.’

During the wildlife occupation, Fiore claimed that LaVoy Finicum was “murdered with his hands up,” even though federal law enforcement shot him as he reached for his gun.

Fiore became one of the most outspoken advocates for the Bundy militia’s heavily armed standoffs against the Bureau of Land Management at Cliven Bundy’s ranch and at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge. She referred to the Bundy family as “patriots.”

Fiore is a unique advocate for gun rights, but that didn’t get her a win in Nevada’s 3rd Congressional district. In fact, she came in far behind the other candidates with a mere 18 percent of the vote.

The winner of the House seat was Republican Danny Tarkanian with 34 percent of the vote. Nevada state Senate Majority Leader Michael Roberson won 24 percent of the vote and came in second.

Thank you, Nevada.
