First they will dump all they can down to .0001. Then if .0001 isn't getting 1.5 billion a/s dumped they can try 3rd r/s. First price like many times before will tank to .0001. In order to sell discounted shares to insiders. Who then dump them price has to go down to create more volume. This has been repeated so many times.
