i've never been persuaded that the sells of those 12500 have actually started

as i've noted .. the set up for EOY PTOI stock compression got underway *early* in late August 2015

it took them that long .. to work the stock down ..

interaction with other P2O investors .. re: queue queries .. revealed final interaction/s in mid to late February 2016 with Gilardi

imo the *earliest* .. those *legit* sales would have gotten underway was March 2016

but a funny thing happened .. and that is what the MMs' themselves actually report (vs decoys' utilized for *show)

re: MM MONTHLY for PTOI's PRIMARY % aka NN .. last known is May 2016

                                FEB = 46.50% (split with 2/3/5/6)  
                                MAR = 67.08%                        
                                APR = 79.33%

now that might explain why the *volume* was done via 143,500 last week (x2 heir/spare with spare hidden and 143500 fed to NN's jumped bid) .. as in *volume* avgs needing to be maintained ..

cause as i've noted previously .. it's a little hard to scream selling when vol avgs don't cooperate
