I think you may be missing the point. The only decision I know of that's being made is my decision to ask questions while most shareholders are out enjoying the summer.

In case you didn't notice the OS is slowly but surely rising and WLAN is due to issue more shares in the near future. When do all the shares issued become eligible for sale ? I think the selling of shares and re-organizing of the company is a pretty strong catalyst.

It does seem the old crew from New World Network is coming back together. Don't you think that's worth looking into ?
