Try acknowledging the info you have now been given by posters that are helping to educate you. When you simply change the topic to "Oh, now I'm the problem...when will I get my money back,,,," it doesn't help. A simple acknowledgement of: "Oh, I didn't understand the dynamics of this, THANKS!" would go a long way...
