There had to be one-time charges in Q4. Without seeing the breakout of Q4 numbers it's impossible to see what they were though. Hopefully we get a PR to explain things.

Revenue was pretty close to what they reported in Q2 and Q3 when they were reporting ~$500k of income. So it doesn't make any sense how you go from that to a $300k loss.
