Not to mention if a RM were in the mix they'd be inheriting 7.9 bill OS. Not a good way to attract new investors and raise capital. And your looking at more like 12 billion OS if a merger were happening. No way. Screw that.

Think about it. The OS is constantly increasing as it is every month. Then the issuance of shares to ITD plus more issued on the market for common investors to try and raise more capital.

Yea. What's going on with Kallo doesn't sound like a reverse merger, it sounds like confirmation bias IMHO. No way would any company want to RM with Kallo Inc.
