I will answer you as politely as possible but I suspect a large % of mergers/acquisitions occur due to connections and not necessarily what can be brought to the table in regards to assets. KALO is virtually an empty shell at this point with under $3 mil in TOTAL debt including the noteholders. We don't know who owns all the shares and who may have a reason to protect them as many may have been bot at the bottom share price level. We do know shares appeared to have been traded off market recently for some reason. Like a private placement or someone buying up noteholder shares. I have learned over years of investing that things are not always as they seem. Good luck to you!
