Not withstanding the last post containing some good information, and fact the sales are exceeding the buys, there is still an issue of the potential survivability of common shares. I seem to remember from the beginning of the Title 11 filing that this maneuver was primarily about debt restructuring.

When I have time to read the disclosure I will be looking for the reorganization plan details, not just the current balance sheet details.

Based on current trading it looks like a fifty cent June put may expire without a profit. Good luck to all who have one.

I am current belief that Peabody will be just fine after all this process is completed and if we get the environmental insanity out of the Whitehouse.
