I believe it's all about satisfying Institutions, which at this point own nearly 90% of IMGN. Once they've reached their fill, IMGN will move up again. As individual investors we have little we can do to move the market, Institutions are in control and they're buying as individuals bail out. The $100 million certainly give IMGN greater future financial viability, but the decision to do it at 52 week lows was certainly brought about by Institutions wanting more shares in the future. The new lows, not seen in well over 5 years are letting Institutions buy as small investors on margin are forced to sell.

I don't know how low it may go, but believe if you buy near the low, you'll be well rewarded before the year's end.
