The only directors and officers of the company.. what they don't want you to know in my opinion... is that they compensate themselves with.

Almost $1,000,000 dollars each year and growing.. Its absolutely ridiculous and we cannot believe the SEC never holds them responsible for the alledge conflicts of interest and greed! sickens me to read in their financials. They are raping this company till the point of bankrupsy. That's what the MEDIA needs to focus on right now! stupid they have not.


These guys take $1000's each year in additional to their BLOATED SALARIES and BONUSES, they pay their entire lives through the company account. Car allowances, telephones bills on and on and on... HOLY SH.......T There is NO FINANCIAL GOVERNANCE for their actions....

These 3 need to be arrested and put on American Greed in my opinion.
