There are TWO DILUTION events !!!

One for debt reduction, which is bad enough; but the egregious dilution is shares to be distributed to management and directors.

At least when you do a secondary some monies come into the company, but all of these monies come directly out of the shareholders pockets and into management's !!!!!!!!!!
