Is President a "officer"? YES!!!!!!
If the claimed response posted is actually true "I am not now, nor have I ever been, an officer or director of MMHC" then SOMEONE needs to go to prison for creating false PRs and SEC filings.
Ken Sobel BEING A ATTORNEY should publicly denounce MMHC, file charges against the people involved and seek restitution for the use of his name.
Heather Manus is likely a unwary pawn as well and should do the same. If not then she could be complicit in the actions of MMHC

Postings Referring to Ken Sobel in connection with MMHC: I am not now, nor have I ever been, an officer or director of MMHC. Any information to the contrary is unauthorized, and unapproved by me. In good faith, I provided general information about the cannabis industry together with suggested opportunities, primarily to help the US Virgin Islands to establish a medical cannabis program and for local entrepeneurs to understand preliminary options on how to get started in the cannabis industry in order to provide local VI residents safe access to cannabis and cannabis job opportunities. We also provided some strategic information on the current status of cannabis law and markets, primarily in California. I currently serve several roles: Vice-President of Nature Nurse, Inc., a cannabis and CBD infused product and service company; Genesis, a cannabis license acquisition and compliance company, primarily in California; and as an advocate for veterans who suffer from PTSD, and for other patients suffering from debilitating conditions who can benefit from cannabis therapeutics. In the latter role, I was the attorney who obtained an order directing the Arizona Department of Health Services to add Post Traumatic Stress Disorder ("PTSD") to the list of qualifying conditions in Arizona, and recently won 2 administrative hearings to add Parkinson's Disease and Huntington's Disease to the list of qualifying conditions after a public hearing is held. I continue to dedicate pro bono time as a Director for "Grow For Vets" which provides free cannabis to our returning warriors, and job opportunities in all of our commercial enterprises. Our companies have not entered into any contracts with MMHC nor have we received any compensation from same. We are currently focused on a product line that will launch on July 1st, and securing cannabis license and facility acquisitions, primarily in all parts of California and Arizona. I have been a speaker at many conferences throughout the US over the past 5 years on on virtually every subject relating to cannabis health and business, and I have owned and operated core businesses in the industry. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me. Ken Sobel.
