Such proof was provided by MW himself when, in his own sworn deposition his answer to how business had been, said that the company had only generated a total of $300.00 combined for the years 2014 & 2015.

There never was any good reason to believe staged photos, videos of non-working machines and idiotic selfies taken with little dirt piles scattered about the floor.
