Despite what, "hit the ask" says Scotus just came down with a huge ruling in favor of willfully infringed victors in court. Wddd's case is a willful lawsuit and once we clear the IPR hurdle this decision could have huge implications for us despite what some have indicated. Another sign of scotus reigning in the lower courts pro big biz biased decisions. Hope it continues with Cuozzo coming up.
