I'm not educated on the aspects of prior shareholders and whether they have recourse opportunity and would lean to having any who have sold contact them through the built site at:
SandRidgeSEC.com and inquire.

I've held my shares for this reason knowing and expecting something like this could potentially occur. Still a gamble but with the amount of info I see with SandRidge in this pre- arranged BK plan of theirs, a attempt to have representation for the Shareholders was inevitable.
