News regularly, huge recent acquisition
Minor dilution due to another pending acquisition (maybe over? there's still less than 301M A/S, so that makes dilution less scary and "toxic") There's been no dilution this month.

CEO is a "serial entrepreneur" , so this isn't his first rodeo
He built $THNS and sold it (it declined in PPS after he sold and left the company, so what does that tell you?)
Worth looking into, relatively undiscovered and unnoticed due to how new it is
Message board heating up, although there's a moderator there posting scary things all the time, scaring the bejesus out of people
Some dude on the message board claimed to have purchased 25% of the O/S with the intent of holding until the company is sold, so kind of an interesting component
If it's true, it sure helps stabilize the stock and prevent a lower bottom
Don't know how long this PPS will be available, but news generally comes every month at least
