In press release when they sold jail side they stated taking care of some debt issues with proceeds so imho
I don't believe they have a debt problem like you think they do. It's still funny to me how you think sec filings are the cure all facts when you know full well big board companies lie all the time and have filed BK when all appeared to be ok. WHATEVER!!!'
You also said that the CEO could at least put out a letter to shareholders annually or something like that but I wonder why you'd say that when you also say ONLY sec filings matter.
Like I've said and will say again, the stock price is where it is due to the lack of info from the company.
