I never worked at MCET, actually made some money on one of the runs and then found that things just didn't add up.

Scott Lukeman was my old graduate school buddy, he wasn't around long enough to really see what was going on. I was shocked and devastated when he passed.

I don't hate MCET, I hate the liars who try to take advantage of people. Then I learned that nobody probably is really believing this stuff, but it doesn't matter.

MCET is just one of many scams, but you can't pay attention to all of them. They likely didn't start out that way, but if you read their filings you can see some of their intentional deceptions as well. Doesn't take much time or effort.

The psychology of the whole thing has been most interesting and educational.
