Check out Joseph Collins' filings in Punch TV on the SEC website. His financials were prepared by a person named Daniel Leonard, CPA.

Check out www.cpaverify.org and there is no CPA named Daniel Leonard. I believe that the filings for Punch TV could be fraudulent.

He may be raising capital under fraudulent filings.

I hope regulators catch up to Collins, in my opinion a fraud.
