Not a lot going on according to 10-Q:

"As of March 31, 2016, there has not been any activity in Hi Brands International Inc. other than the execution of the above agreement. The Company has not ordered any product under this agreement as of March 31, 2016."

The only optimistic case for CBDS is if insider sales are being used to expand/fund useful company operations.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
