In actual fact if PRED hired a company to do a patent value assessment how would that be an independent evaluation anyways.
Patents values are usually only in the eye of the holders. If PRED values the patents at 306 million either they paid that for the development of the product/products, they purchased the patents for that sum or someone is willing to buy them for that value.
In reality the PRED patents are worth squat diddly. You should also remember that the listed accountant on the OTC for PRED is CS&S Enterprises which is Ferguson's and Donohues own company.
