Now you know price is not always truth. Lets take Dell for example....
they went private for $13.75/share, got sued and it was determined
by the courts that the price/share was around 30% too low and the stock
holders were awarded more money. There are many many many determining factors where stocks are under or over valued. Some companies lie in their
pr's to make their stock prices go up so they can dump stock. Some companies don't care about their stock prices because they are more concerned with building a successful business and they know that eventually the market will hopefully catch up with the true value of the company.
There is a mountain of evidence that gpsi is headed in the right direction.
After selling the jail side of their business they have added another
superior court of california location that is ten time larger than the first two. Illinois child support has five times as many locations as it had just three months ago. They have other projects in the works too.
Time will tell...................
