Geert may be a part of the low share price but there are other factors that I see as more important..

....the seemingly never ending issuing of shares and warrants directly diluting the present and future share price (yes, I know they need cash)

....no movement on the multi-year arbitration case that has been victim of repeated postponements

....zero preliminary data on the P3 study for whatever reason

....more patients enrolled in May of 2014 (with way fewer clinical sites) than in May of 2016...really a DUH! moment

....the never ending P1 Navy study

Nothing actually gets to completion...except for the offerings of more shares...and....now you can vote to approve the issuance of over 5 million more "bonus" and "incentive" shares

That, in my mind. is the drag on share price
