I have been speaking with an SEC Attorney in New York that is willing to take our case. I need to know how many investors are willing to join in. Here are the two important points:

1) He is looking into the company raising the OS in order to wipe us out. If he fills there is enough evidence to support wrong doing then he will file an Injunction next week to stop the " Special Meeting" and voting process. He will charge 400.00 per hour with an estimated total cost of approximately 7500.00. This total cost includes challenging the RS in court. Again, he will only charge if he thinks there is a strong probability of success.

2) He will file Derivative Claims against prior and existing Officers of Atrinsic. He will do this on Contingency (no charge). The state of limitations on a Derivative claim is 6 years.

Please respond if you are willing to invest in stopping the RS. If you will agree I will provide a forum for us to communicate and I will disclose the Law Firm.
