i've been in touch with him via LI. He refuses to answer anything of substance and says to use the company IR email.

Last message back from him on 8/29/15 was:

Even at .0001 a share, their market cap is $800K+. Ideally, they'll have some news soon, since supposedly Pablo & company injected $3m several months back. We'll see what happens. Not holding my breathe.
