I will admit that I was spooked right off the bat when the gentleman did NOT identify himself---as any employee would normally. Not only did he not identify himself, he did not identify the company, as in,

"Good Morning, First Prestige, how may I help you?"

I felt like I had phoned a stranger and was asking him about his bowel habits.

Now, whoever he was, he indicated that he would look into why my inquiries sent via the InvestorContact link were going unanswered and he indicated that there must be a software problem. I sent in a new inquiry yesterday morning and still have no response, so my expectation is that the "problem" has not been resolved and that anyone else attempting to to the same would get more or less the same silent response.

If no response today I will call Monday to see what I can learn.

This company works like no company I have ever heard of. They are avoiding and discouraging people from learning much of anything, even shareholders. COuld it be after 2 years, delicate negotiations are continuing and require extreme stealth?

Vulcans find something troubling about this type of activity.
