Yes I've been a creditor at bankruptcy court, what a joke, when this much effort has been put in, as in this case, the gavel comes down quickly...

Lucky just to get the chance to say anything

fear based on term loan objecting last minute, which they are entitled to object, but they are not majority. The term loan never participated in voting for this process, that's their only route as one person stated correctly on yahoo mb, these objections don't mean didley squat....has anyone ever read any BK proceedings??? Always you get objections or claims.
